Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tender ("the app" or "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Food safety disclaimer

⚠ Important

Dry-aging meat carries inherent food safety risks. Improper temperature, humidity, airflow, or aging duration can lead to bacterial growth, mold contamination, or other hazards that may cause serious foodborne illness.

Tender provides estimates only. Degree-day calculations are based on weather data and the values you enter — they are not a guarantee of food safety.
The app is a tracking tool, not a substitute for proper food safety knowledge, equipment, or practices.
Always follow authoritative food safety guidelines from your local health authority. If you are unsure whether your meat is safe to consume, do not eat it.
Tender is not liable for illness, injury, property damage, or any other harm resulting from the use or misuse of the app.

Acceptance of terms

By using Tender you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read these terms, and agree to be bound by them.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dryage.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Permitted use

Tender is provided for personal and professional dry-aging tracking. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs
Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws
Share your account credentials with others

Service availability

We aim to keep Tender available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We are not liable for loss of data or access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tender and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to bodily injury, foodborne illness, property damage, or financial loss — arising from use of or inability to use the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@dryage.app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
